Grounds for filing an objection

A letter containing an objection must be submitted to the court that issued the payment order, and in the case of an order issued by a court clerk - to the court before which the action was brought. In the letter, the defendant should indicate whether he is contesting the order in whole or in part, present the allegations which must be reported under pain of loss before entering into a dispute on the merits of the case, as well as the factual circumstances and evidence.

The court disregards late claims and evidence unless the party proves that it did not submit them in the objection without any fault of its own, or that taking into account the late claims and evidence will not result in a delay in the examination of the case, or that other exceptional circumstances exist. If the lawsuit was filed on an official form, filing an objection also requires this form.
