Cassation cases for filing a cassation appeal
A cassation appeal may be filed against a final judgment or decision issued by the second-instance court rejecting the claim or discontinuing the proceedings ending the proceedings.
The decision of the court of second instance "regarding the rejection of the claim", ending the proceedings, is a judgment dismissing the complaint against the decision of the court of first instance rejecting the claim, a judgment amending the decision of the court of first instance dismissing, pursuant to Art. 222 of the Code of Civil Procedure, an allegation which, if taken into account, would justify the rejection of the claim, as well as the ruling - issued as a result of allowing the appeal - by virtue of which the contested judgment was repealed and the claim was rejected
