Structure of land and mortgage register in Poland

The Land and Mortgage Register consists of 4 sections which are:

  • Section I:
    • Section I-O: "Property description " - data from the land register, allowing identification of real estate,
    • Section I-Sp: "Inventory of property rights" - possible rights related to the right of ownership,
  • Section II - Description of the owner (s) or the perpetual user,
  • Section III - Limited property rights (except mortgages), restrictions on the disposal of real estate or perpetual usufruct, personal rights and claims on property (except for mortgages);
  • Section IV - Mortgage, with exact value, currency, range, type, priority and any other features of the mortgage.
