Liquidation of limited liability company(LLC) in Poland

The opening of liquidation of LLC in Poland takes place on the day of a ruling on termination of the company by the court, the adoption by the shareholders of a resolution to dissolve the company or any other reason for its dissolution. The liquidators are members of the board, unless the company agreement or resolution of shareholders provides otherwise.The opening of liquidation, names of liquidators and their addresses, manner of representation of the company by the liquidators and any changes in this regard, even if there has been no change in the company's current representation should be reported to the register court. Each liquidator has the right and the duty to report. Liquidators should complete the company's current interests, collect debts, fulfill obligations and liquidate the company's assets.
