Establisment of limited liability company(LLC) in Poland
According to the Polish Code of Commercial Companies the agreement to establish a limited liability company(LLC) in Poland it is required to:
- conclude a company agreement;
- contribute by the shareholders to cover the entire share capital and, if the share price is higher than the nominal value, also the surplus;
- appoint the board;
- establish the supervisory board or the audit committee, if required by law or company agreement;
- entry into registry.
