Grounds for filing an appeal

An appeal may be based on the following grounds:

• violation of substantive law through incorrect interpretation or improper application,
• invalidity of the proceedings, failure to explain all factual circumstances relevant to the resolution of the case,
• contradiction of the court's significant findings with the content of the material collected in the case,
• other procedural irregularities, if they could affect the outcome of the case,
• new facts and evidence that the party could not rely on in the first instance.
